 Last Call for Ladakh! We're leaving soon to ride through some of India's most beautiful and unspoilt landscapes. Virtually hidden from tourists until recent years, we discover the treasures of Ladakh, Zanskar and Kashmir. We tour much of Ladakh's high altitude desert plateau on the breathtaking Manali Leh Highway.
We ride into the heart of Zanskar, a jewel in north India's crown, cut-off from the world for more than 6 months of the year and home to an ancient Buddhist population whose Gumpas holds the secrets of passing Lamas and travellers over the ages. The last leg of the Tour brings us down through alpine forests and pastures into the silver Vale of Kashmir, to rest and relax staying in houseboats on one of Srinagar's beautiful lakes. |

 Commencing on the 1st of September, starting in the south of "J & K" - Region Jammu, we ride first to the beautiful hill station Dalhousie and on to the little explored Chamba Valley. Perfectly placed to start a unique tour through Himachal Pradesh, east across the steep and challenging Jalori Pass and down to the Sutlej River. |
